KiD X parted with a whopping R100,000 for his Dr. Esther Mahlangu’s designed album cover for ‘Thank Da King’ 58

KiD X is slotted to release his debut album ‘Thank Da King’ which is most anticipated album in the game today since he is one of the respected rap artiste today and for a good reason, his talent and confidence in the hip-hop arena can’t be compared.

Letting the whole world know via Twitter, Dakar aka Kwesta told the world that the artwork for KiD X’s debut album ‘Thank Da King’ was designed by none other than the world’s most renowned and respected Ndebele artiste who Swizz Beatz has paid tribute to through her work more than once, Dr. Esther Mahlangu.

Dr. Esther Mahlangu who was recently awarded her second honorary doctorate at Durban University of Technology (DUT) after she got her first honorary doctorate at the University of Johannesburg early on this year commissioned KiD X’s ‘Thank Da King’ album cover for a R100,000 fee.
