The most asked questions about my BULKING SEASON. How many times I eat, what do I eat , how and when ?? . . . . I eat 6 to 8 times a day, depending on how hard and heavy I went with weights. Yes I do monitor my macros to ensure I am gaining lean muscle tissue. For a good approach I aim for 3500 to 4000 calories a day. My first 4 meals consists of CARBS AND the other four it’s PROTEIN plus fat . I eat carbs exactly before and after training and protein meals anytime of the day when I feel hungry.
