Cassper Nyovest is one rapper that is known for making calculating moves and does nothing without calculating its ripple effect and more importantly he is known for making hits after another and he has dominated the hip-hop realm for a while now and he decided to cave in to his fans demands who were asking him to do a Kwaito project.
“The kwaito sound has been very influential in My music and for a very long time fans have asked for a full kwaito project.” The Family Tree founder and CEO said in part.
Taking to social media, Cassper Nyovest has announced that he has decided to do a complete Kwaito project dubbed ‘Sweet and Short’ that is slotted to be officially dropped on the 1st of December at Moses Mabhida Stadium where he intends to fill up the stadium.
“I finally gave in and decided to keep it sweet and short, nice and simple. #SweetAndShort dropping on the 1st of December at Moses Mabhida.” he added via the social media post.
Cassper Nyovest also shared the cover art for the Sweet and Short album which sees his rocking a red Italian suit with white Chuck Taylors, of course, paying homage to the way Kwaito fans and musicians usually dress up.
