AKA (who met up with American-Nigerian Jidenna in Nigeria working out ina gym)won the coveted Soundcity MVP Awards that was held in Lagos yesterday in the category of ‘Best African Hip Hop’ beating M.I. Abaga, Khaligraph Jones, Nasty C, Kwesi Arthur, Phyno, Sarkodie, Kwesta, Falz in the process.

Kenyan rapper who was also nominated in the same category was the first to concede defeat to the Supa Mega and congratulated him for his major win via an elaborate social media post.
