YoungstaCPT speaks on ‘3T’ studio album becoming a hip hop classic 58

YoungstaCPT is by far one of the realest, honest, and conscious rappers in the game today, hands down.

The rapper from Cape Town has been cosigned by almost every other established rapper in the country; from AKA, Cassper Nyovest, Kwesta, Riky Rick, Nasty C, Stogie T, the list goes on and on.

Despite all that, the award-winning rapper has always maintained to be as humbled as he can be, never blowing his own horn but making sure that his voice is heard through his music.

Speaking of his music, his debut studio album dubbed ‘3T’ a synonym for Things Take Time that was released two years ago was already considered a classic hip hop body of work before he reminded us today.

Back in 2019, YoungstaCPT who thought that Nadia Nakai will triumph over him to win the coveted ‘SA Hip Hop Award for Album of the Year’ went ahead to win the award becoming the third artiste from Cape Town to win the award.

Prior to him winning the coveted SAHHA, DJ Ready D, and EmileYX were the first entertainers to have won the award.
