It has been 24 years since Nigerian musician, Niniola had to say goodbye to her father who passed on January 8th 1995. Niniola took to social media to mourn her father who she was very fond of she even told the whole world how she was his best friend and his favorite child.
“You were my best friend, I was your favorite child. You used to show off your dancing baby “Niniola” to your friends. You’d even record me on your camcoder. How I wish you were here to see your baby killing every stage…” @officialniniola said in part on Instagram.
Niniola misses her dad, Brigadier-General, Simeon Olaosebikan Apata, so bad and can’t appreciates him more than enought time since he made her feel like a queen the moment she was born which made her untouchable.

Niniola also opens up to confess that her dad is the one who named her calling her Niniola that translates to “have wealth”.She wrote, “You named me NINIOLA( which means,to have wealth)cos my birth brought forth good tidings.That was when you bought our first coloured TV and everything started falling into place.”
Niniola who has worked with international Disk Jockey, DJ Snake had some emotional yet powerful things to say to her late father, had this to say to her late father on his death anniversary;
