Celebrity Spotlight: why Bonang Matheba is considered as the best of the best in everything she does 97

Bonang Matheba has all the accolades an African woman living in Africa can ever think of, I mean she made history as the first ever black women to ever get featured as the cover in GQ Magazine that happened actually a few weeks ago, she has also been on the cover of almost all the coveted magazine covers the country has to offer.

She definitely has the Midas touch.

In somewhat a summary, Bonang is the first Black South African to feature on the cover of FHM Magazine SA way back in 2011. The first South African star to cover Cleo Magazine SA in 2011. The first and only face of international cosmetics brand, Revlon, outside of the USA in 2013. The first South African to host the MTV EMA’s red carpet that took place in the year 2014. The first South African to get their own E! News Special in Africa in 2015. The first Black South African to cover Glamour Magazine SA in 2014.

The South African television personality, radio host and businesswoman and an entrepreneur running her own lingerie line called Distraction by Bonang that every woman is loving and wants a piece of and can’t get enough of, she’s also the first South African celebrity to launch an online reality show, “B*Dazzled”.

That being said, Bonang Matheba or Queen B*as she likes to call herself is one beautiful, African woman beyond all measures and makes the African continent stand out through her with her representing us with just her beauty, winning warm smile and even continues to put Africa on a pedestal with her achievements as a career woman proving yet again how women in Africa are determined to win no matter what and give hope to other women and young girls out there to believe in themselves and if possible in the mantra; what men can do, a woman can do it even better!
